Experience all that the beautiful Suffolk Coast has to offer

The five cottages which make up East Green Farm Cottages are situated in the peaceful countryside, a few miles from the beautiful Suffolk coastline and near to the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold and local beaches.

Explore the Sandlings, across heathland, through forests and along the stunning Suffolk coastline. Visit historic castles at Framlingham and Orford and discover the ancient Viking treasure at Sutton Hoo near Woodbridge.

Relax and indulge yourself with wonderful local shops, pubs and cafés.

Some groups prefer to self- cater and others to have one special meal or BBQ cooked by a chef or we can advice in booking a local restaurant or perfect pub for your group.

Directions

East Green Farm is situated 1 1/2 miles from the A12 between Ipswich and Lowestoft.

Head north up the A12, past Saxmundham, take a right turn sign posted to Kelsale B1121.

After 1/4 mile approximately, take a left turn into Kelsale village. Go through the village and fork right, up Lowes Hill and over the railway bridge. Please be aware the sat nav sometimes takes you a different route from Kelsale village over a gated railway line so we suggest you follow our directions from Kelsale village.

After 3/4 mile take left hand fork, sign posted East Green. Go round a sharp bend in the road and East Green Farm is the second  farm on the left. (3rd drive on the left)

Up concrete drive through the wooden gates, tennis court on left. The Granary and Old Stables are on your right and The Hayloft and  The Dairy are on your left. Gardener’s Cottage is just past the Dairy.
