facing enclosed garden to the rear. Double terrace doors lead off the  
large open plan kitchen and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

The sitting room, dining room and kitchen are a large open plan room  
flooded with light from large windows on three sides of the room.

The kitchen is fully equipped to include a dishwasher and washing  
machine. The sitting room offers TV/FreeView/DVD/CD player and
Wi-Fi internet access.

The Hayloft has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. One double with ensuite  
shower room downstairs. The galleried landing leads on to 2 twins  
rooms with shared bathroom. Full central heating throughout.

Parking is available for two cars at the rear of the garden.
