Situated in the heart of the seaside town of Aldeburgh just 100 yards to the beach and 300 yards from shops, restaurants and the cinema, Lower Thellusson is a spacious, secluded, south facing house set in its own mature gardens. sleeping 6, the property offers conservatory, sun terrace, large garden and ample parking and carport.
The fully fitted kitchen offers a dishwasher and washing machine leading on to dining room with terrace doors to conservatory, sun terrace and sitting room. The sitting room has a TV and DVD/CD player.
Three bedrooms share a bathroom with w/c and shower. Two large twin bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with two single beds, one pullout. There is a separate w/c near hallway and utility room/cloakroom.
Lower Thellusson is not at East Green Farm but situated 5 miles away in the town of Aldeburgh. Separate directions will be given after booking.
